By using ChatForge, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Use of Service

ChatForge provides AI agent deployment infrastructure for messaging channels including Telegram, WhatsApp, Discord, and Slack. You may use the service for lawful purposes only. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

2. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use ChatForge to:

• Send spam or unsolicited messages
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Distribute malware or engage in phishing
• Harass, abuse, or harm others

3. Subscriptions & Billing

Paid plans are billed monthly. You may cancel at any time. Cancellations take effect at the end of the billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial months.

4. Service Availability

We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance with or without notice.

5. Data

You retain ownership of your data. We process conversation data solely to operate the service. See our Privacy Policy for details.

6. Limitation of Liability

ChatForge is provided "as is." We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

7. Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
